Etapa, the Telecommunications Company and Water and Sewage Services, confirms with EcuaAssist that they fully comply the Benefits of the Organic Law of the Elderly which are the following ones:
1.- Discount of the consumption of potable water;
2.- Discount in the bill of telephony service;
3.- Discount in the bill of internet service.
