EcuaAssist is a brand subject to the rights of intellectual and industrial property and are of the exclusive ownership of EcuaAssist or the individuals or legal entities we inform about.

 

With the purchase of a product or service, EcuaAssist does not grant the purchaser any right of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the same; EcuaAssist reserves all these rights. The assignment of the mentioned rights will require the prior written consent by EcuaAssist.

 

EcuaAssist brand it duly registered under the number IEPI-2016-3512 and its resolution number 0000761 dated on October 8th of 2018.
