Ecuador Approves -CANNABIS FOR MEDICAL USE-

Ecuador as today September 17th of 2019, approved by the National Assembly of Ecuador, some reforms of the Organic Integral Criminal Code (COIP) that allows the production, commercialization, distribution, use and consumption of cannabis for medicinal or therapeutic uses in the country.

Canada, Since July 2014
United States of America, Since 2016 (California, Massachusetts and Nevada)
Brasil, March 2016
Puerto Rico, July 2016
Jamaica, February 2015
United Kingdom, 2003
Denmark, November 2016
Portugal, 2001
Czech Republic, March 2013
Croatia, October 2015
Israel, 1995
Uruguay, since 2017 is the only country which allows the recreational consumption of cannabis.
