Ecuador Investor Residency Visa (2018) - (minimum investment)


Investor Visas 2018 (Minimum investment amounts)

In the new year, the unified basic salary of the Ecuadorian worker was updated, and for this year 2018 the unified basic salary is fixed at $386.00, which has generated some modifications in the investment amounts to apply for a temporary residency as an investor.


1.- Certificate of deposit for at least 730 days, with a value equal to 70 unified basic salaries, or $27,020.


2. - Real estate property where the amount of the purchase of the property is at least 80 unified basic salaries, which is to say $30,880.00


3. - Shares of a company for a minimum value of 70 unified basic salaries, which is to say $27,020.00USD, as long as these shares are duly registered with the Superintendence of Companies of Ecuador.


4. - Agreement, certificate or a deed which show that they have invested in their own business in the minimum value of 70 unified basic salaries, or $27,020.00USD.
