New Government visa fees starting Jan 2016

Starting January 1st of 2016, to receive a visa (non immigrant or residency visa) you should be aware of new government fees. Below is a table with the new fees, note that even if you applied for your visa in 2015, you will have to pay the new fee if you are going to receive it in 2016.
