EcuaAssist Legal Tip.

It is an essential part of all legal documents in Ecuador that an interpreter is named, following the process indicated by Article 264 of the Code of Civil Procedure when the person signing does not speak the Spanish language, otherwise the signature and contract will be declared null according to the law in Articles 265 and 170 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

At EcuaAssist we deliver our contracts written in Spanish and in a version translated into English as well as providing an interpreter.
