Event begins at 2:00 p.m. with appetizers and a cocktail.

Welcome Wine or Beer with Bruschetta
Starter: Fresh Ecuadorian Garden Salad
Pick 1 Main Dish, Choice of:
a.- Oven roasted pork with garlic;
b.- Fresh baked manta fish con encocado sauce; or,
c.- Vegetarian eggplant lasagna with mozzarella, pomodoro and bechamel (Moussaka).
Two Sides: Scalloped potatoes with nutmeg, asparagus balsamic casserole.
Dessert: Special Desert by Shekinah Foundation.
Drinks: Glass of selected red wine: $4.00USD during the event. 25% disscount on all house beers during event (guest beer excluded)
