Promotion Policies:

  1. Payment and Application Timing: When you make the payment, you will have the opportunity to apply for your permanent residency visa within the next 6 months from the date of your payment. Both applications can be submitted separately, but the maximum separation between them must not exceed 6 months.

  2. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from September 1st, 2023, until March 31st, 2024. To take advantage of this 2-for-1 offer, you must make your payment and initiate the application process within this time frame.

  3. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet all the legal government criteria required to qualify for the Permanent Residency Visa in Ecuador. Meeting these criteria is essential to participate in this promotion.

In the event that one of the applicants does not meet the minimum requirements for the permanent residency visa and is therefore ineligible, we offer a substitute applicant option. Here's how it works:

A.- Primary Applicant Ineligibility: If one of the primary applicants does not meet the minimum requirements and is deemed ineligible for the permanent residency visa, they will not be eligible for a refund.

B.- Substitute Applicant: However, the other primary applicant who meets the eligibility criteria may substitute the ineligible applicant with a new applicant who qualifies for the visa.

C.- New Applicant Eligibility: The new applicant must also meet all the legal government criteria required for permanent residency visa eligibility.

D.- Application Timing: The substitution of applicants can be done within the original 6-month timeframe from the date of payment.

This policy allows you to make the most of your 2-for-1 permanent residency visa offer even if one of the primary applicants faces eligibility challenges. If you need to utilize this substitution option or require further guidance, please reach out to our team for assistance.

Additional Policy: Visa Denial

It's important to understand that visa approval is at the discretion of the government. In the unfortunate event that your visa application is denied by the government, please note the following policy:

  1. No Refunds for Visa Denials: If the government decides to deny your permanent residency visa application for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Visa approval is a government-controlled process, and we do not have control over the outcome of these decisions. While we strive to assist you to the best of our abilities, we cannot guarantee the approval of your visa application.

We recommend that all applicants thoroughly review and meet the government's eligibility criteria and requirements to increase the chances of a successful application. If your application is denied, you may explore alternative options or seek legal advice WITH US as needed.

Please ensure that you adhere to these policies to avail yourself of the 2-for-1 permanent residency visa offer within the specified promotional period. If you have any further questions or require clarification on any aspect of these policies, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
