URIBE SCHWARZKOPF INSTITUTIONAL PROJECTS
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Quito, she has a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Central de Chile, and a Master's degree in Political Science from FLACSO. She has worked as Accounts Director for BOAsociados, a Quito based PR firm focus on crisis management and public relations, as Coordinator for the Carter Center Program in Ecuador and as an Advisor for the former Mayor of Quito. For several years she contributed as a political analyst for Quantum Informe and as a freelance writer for Vistazo Magazine. She is currently Responsible for Institutional Projects in Uribe Schwarzkopf.
MIGUEL TOMALÁ
COLLEGE ECONOMICS PROFESSOR
PhD student in Economics at the University of Valladolid-Spain. Economist from the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (Uleam). He has published the book "Public Finance in Ecuador: a descriptive analysis 1990-2016". Economic terms. Volume I and II. Miguel has made presentations at various Congresses in Colombia, Spain, Portugal, Costa Rica and Ecuador. It was part of the Iberoamerican Network for Innovation and Technology Transfer for Craft Strengthening (RITFA). Member of the Research Team of the University Contribution to Decentralization Project (APUDES) -GTZ-Uleam. Director of the Edition Analysis Project. Currently works as a full time Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro in Manabí
