Paty holds a Finance and Business Relations Engineer Degree / Also she has training as a Starting International Chef. Also, Paty has vast experience in finance while she worked at Banco Guayaquil, also as part of her professional experience, she has worked at an Ecuadorian exporting plantation in Ecuador. As today Paty is fully focused in her business as an Entrepreneurial representative of the business Sin Calorías and promoting a healthy lifestyle and a conscious approach to healthy nutrition in Manabí.

Noel has spent more than a decade living, working, and developing infrastructure projects in emerging markets. After running his own energy development company, Noel turned from project development to Mergers and Acquisition under a dual role as Legal Counsel and Co-Leader of Acquisitions with a Canadian energy company, where he oversaw the legal due diligence of hundreds of millions of dollars of deal flow. Today, Noel is the Country Director in Ecuador for Neoen, a leading IPP specializing in renewable energy and storage, with more than 3GW of projects in operation or construction, and billions of dollars invested throughout the world. Noel holds a J.D. of Law from Osgoode Hall, an MSc in Sustainable Energy Development from the University of Calgary, and a BA in International Development from Dalhousie University.
